- Tell me more about Ring 9’s products and services.
Ring 9 provides a “hosted PBX/VoIP” service that will replace a business’s on site phone system and their local and long distance services. These are replaced with special internet protocol (IP) phones from Cisco and broadband IP connections. For one flat monthly fee customers receive local, domestic long distance, voice mail, a web portal for administration, and array of fantastic features, many of which are not available with traditional phone services.
For customers that do not want to get rid of their existing phone system, Ring 9 can replace the phone lines only with their “trunk replacement” service.
Ring 9 Web Meeting facilitates collaboration between businesses and their customers, employees and partners, whether they are around the corner or around the world. Ring 9 uniquely combines Hosted PBX and Web Meeting for a total, cost effective business solution.

- How does customer service work at Ring 9?
Ring 9 is not new at servicing business customers - given its 17 year history with business customers at CSG. All Ring 9 customers are given access to a web portal to administer their accounts. Many activities that formerly required a vendor to visit, such as moves, adds, changes, and feature activation are done with the click of a mouse. Should a customer have any difficulty whatsoever, Ring 9 does have an in house customer support team that can be reached via e-mail, web site, or a toll free phone call.
