Request For Service

We've established two simple steps for you to follow in order to place or modify an order.

Step 1

LNP (Local Number Portability) Verification

If you have existing local phone numbers you would like Ring 9 to "port" to your customer's new Ring9 Business service, you will need to complete an LNP Analysis Form.  » Download the LNP Analysis Form

Click on the form to download it.  Save the form to your desktop. Please email the form to oe@ring9.com.

Once submitted, Ring 9 will contact you within 3 business days to let you know if we can port the numbers requested.  If we can port the numbers, we will send you an LOA (Letter of Agency) to be completed, signed and sent back to us.  The LOA gives Ring 9 permission to move your phone numbers.

If you do not have numbers to port, proceed to Step 2.
Step 2

Complete the Order Form below.

Complete this form in its entirety. Once finished, print a copy of this form for your records and then click the Submit button to process the order. We will contact you within one business day to confirm receipt of your order.  If you would like to contact us to confirm your order, please notify us at 866-746-4999 or send email to oe@ring9.com.

A few tips for completing the order form:

  • Please complete a new order form for every separate service location.
  • If you are a customer with multiple locations, choose a main location for that customer.  
  • In Section 6, you'll see the "Requested Date for Service Delivery". Ring 9 strives to install service by the date entered in this field.  However, we ask that you please allow up to 15 business days from the date of order entry for service delivery.
