Craig Korac, CEO:
Craig Korac’s more than twenty-four years of experience in the telephony and telecommunications industry encompass hands-on craft and technical work, network and transmission engineering, high-level supervisory and managerial responsibilities, and providing consulting services to companies throughout the United States.
A widely recognized telecommunications expert, Mr. Korac’s ideas and thoughts have been published in a variety of forums; his testimony heard at numerous state and federal telecommunications hearings; and his insights distributed globally as a speaker representative for numerous telecom companies. His professional references include MCI WorldCom, Sprint, Telecom*USA, as well as a variety of local, long distance, and enterprise firms.
Robert Nicholson, CFO:
Brian Coyne, Chief Technical Officer
and Director of Product Management:
As Ring 9’s Chief Technology Officer and Director of
Product Management, Brian oversees all strategic aspects of
technology acquisition, and all product development activity.
A ten year telecom veteran and a three year veteran of Ring
9, Brian holds a degree in business from the Warrington College
of Business, University of Florida. Brian’s broad experience
spans sales, network management, information technology and
marketing. Brian also holds a certification on the Tekelec
T6000, the platform used for Ring 9 VoIP services.
Michelle Finnen, Director
of Customer Support:
Michelle brings 17 years experience with Ring 9’s predecessor
company, Central Services Group (CSG). As Treasurer, Michelle
is responsible for accounting, finance, customer service,
and provisioning. Michelle ran many aspects of the day to
day activity at CSG and has broad experience in information
technology, finance, accounting, and customer service. Michelle
holds a bachelor’s degree in History from the University
of Florida and a master’s degree in Business Administration
from Webster University. Michelle received a gubernatorial
appointment in 2005 to serve a four year term as the Board
Chair for the Early Learning Coalition of the Nature Coast.
The coalition has an annual budget over $12 million and implements
School Readiness and the Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten programs
as well as many other Quality Initiatives needed in each individual
county.
